Sparky's CB Shack Scammed Me & won't return my TX Star amp

Thing with CB'ers getting caught by the FCC for running illegal power are 99.9% of the time, knuckle-heads with Base set-up's being total jerks on the Air, and not willing to take a warning from the FCC seriously the first couple two or three times they come out because of complaints from neighbors or local businesses...

I would like to see just one instance where the FCC busted someone for running Power in a Mobile...I'm sure it's happened, and if it has, it was because the person was being a jerk, and not being a responsible radio operator...which if the case, he shouldn't have a radio to start with...

 

I would think a resonsible radio operator would abide by the FCC's rules and regulations, myself I'm an irresponsible radio operator.:smt077

11 meters is the SAME as 10 meters as far as skip goes ....

 

Let me and everyone else know how it works out in the end. I saw on Sparky's Forum that there was a "closed until further notice" sign on the front door, and you can't place orders on the website.

 

ans never again shall his name be spoken there again, his name is now *NON-SPONSER*. cbrt is such a pile of crap forum as it is anyway , would still rather order from Sparky and wait than get a radio-hacked radio

 

SAD that any radio shop should be remembered this way.
