    True. Guess I’m just looking for an overall opinion of happiness or disgruntlement from current or ex drivers. I asked many questions in my conversation with the recruiter. Done some other research and what not. So wasn’t really looking for any specifics.

    Well maybe one, how do you like how they pay structure is set up?

    I’ll give you a solid reply but first I must ask...

    1 - are you going with the SPP (salary) or mileage program.
    2 - where do you live and how often are you gonna head home.
    3 - are you gonna run what’s given to you or “I don’t go to that area because so and so.”
