They are a spin off company from Cruz construction, a son in law or something like that. Cruz initially backed them, but has since got away from them, but does still use them for most of his trucking at least heavy haul.
The first couple of years or a little more they had a hard time keeping up with bills and even payroll, but they seem to be doing alright now and are running quite a few trucks every day, and even a few oo's.
