Is this just me or has the insurance industry finally managed to get every single speed-limited truck in the whole country to be governed at within about .01 mph of each other? I swear I'm having to do way more crawl-passes than ever, and we're still pre-mandate! Frankly it's getting on my nerves. I've always been a pretty relaxed driver too.
