    I have seen people in FL go 15 below and not get pulled in. I was picking up equipment in Tampa and was behind a Melton empty who was about 2K ft ahead. He was doing five under and I was doing the speed limit and I got the green.

    Ya know this is odd...speed limit is posted in most weight stations...How hard is it to follow a posted speed limit??
