Not in the state of Indiana. None of the NAPA stores accept used oil. Totally voluntary everywhere as far as I know. California may be different. But they are usually very different.

This is the same shop that charged me $2000 to change two brake shoes (two singular shoes) and two brake drums on my trailer when I brought it in for an annual inspection. They only screwed me once though.

Nebraska. Walmart sold it to my old driving job for 25cents per gallon. Then they would make more engine oil and grease.PE_T Thanks this.

Is walmart your only source for groceries and gas?

16.99$ Environmental Fee at Loves , weres does that go , I flew to Providence last week and the security fee and airport charges were over 50$ , everybody's got there hand in your pockets.
