Why argue? Just apply and see what happens.

 

Do you see it now...I hope I'm wrong, but it happens everyday. Recruiters are trained liars.

 

I'm not gonna argue with him...but I hate to see somebody get let down when they REALLY need a break. Just trying to prepare him.

 

Also if this ticket is on a cdl license it does not matter if your in your own vehicle or a cmv, its going to hamper you on your dmv, any judge or company safety dept will see that as a disregard for drivng safety, its actually worse having a cdl and getting a ticket like that as opposed to a regualar license.Having a CDL means your supposed to be a professional driver, safe and courteous, not speeding and wreckless.not to be an ****** but its the truth, good luck.

Another good reason to fight every ticket, no matter what. About 30 years ago I mailed in a fine for a ticket I got after stopping at a red light, with no traffic, and then proceeding. That one caused my liability insurance to quadruple.

Since then, the few tickets I have gotten, 3 or 5, (mostly when I was young), I have challenged. Every single one was either thrown out completely or reduced to something insignificant, like a municipal offense of disorderly conduct.
