I think its pretty bad ### when a trucker passes me by on a tight corner while doing 75 mph on a dark and raining highway, I personally could not do it because i think i will have an accident. do any of you guys do it? is my fear irrational? and if so, will i eventually loose that fear?

You drive up to your comfort level considering all factors. Don't drive faster or in conditions you do not feel safe. If you wreck you will be blamed.Don't wreck, not even a little bit, not even just this once.CorsairFanboy, PE_T, Lumper Humper and 2 others Thank this.

2-3 lane divided interstate highway or 2 lane state road......makes a difference
rolloverdude Thanks this. -
What sketches me out the most is when I or someone else tries to pass the guy running 45mph because he can’t see for #### on s good day but then decides to crowd the dividing line the whole time another truck is next to him.
I don’t wanna die in a ball of fire from him bumping the tanker who is passing.rolloverdude Thanks this. -
Stupid freightliner side mirrors cant aee a thing in the rain... Gota speed so no one catches up and hides in your blind spit wich is everywhere behind you in the rain.

that is what i drive , a cascadia, mirrors so big they sticks out 2 feet but yet cant see nothing. my heart skip a bit or two when some one gets close to me

I drive a 2018 Cascadia and my mirrors work fine in the rain as long as mirror heat stay on. I've talked to a few drivers that don't know about mirror heat or don't use mirror heat. smhrolloverdude, tinytim, LoneRanger and 3 others Thank this.

Try passing when your 16-20’ wide and you have guys running the zipper. My left steer tire is on the edge of the pavement and they don’t have the skill or the respect to move right in their lane. It gets your heart going for sure.PoleCrusher, blairandgretchen and HoneyBadger67 Thank this.

I'm sorry, all right? You and your big wide load scared me.
