Started shift 2:20am. Delivered then headed to shipper where i was off duty for 2hrs waiting to get loaded in good ol Laredo. Loaded at 1:40pm and then drove till 3:50pm where i will take my 10 hr break (or 8?)... My original 14hr clock ends at 4:20pm and i still have 1 hr 32min left on my 11. Only got 7hrs 20min left to get home now. Just wondering what i get back 8hrs from now. My 2+ hr break was from 12:25-1:40pm. Thanks if anyone takes the time to school this numbskull who still cant believe i cant comprehend this concept with certitude.

You should get the larger portion that was before your 2 hour break back, after 8 hours in sleeper.

You will get back the time from 02:20 to 11:27

Since you drove from 13:40 to 15:50 You used 2:10 of driving so you will have 11-2:10=8:50 of drive time come 23:50.
