    On the new rules all of the hours on the 8 and the 2, or the 7 and the 3, stops the clock. or you can not do a split and still stop the clock for up to 3 hours.

    I like split. Drive 5.5 hours, take two hours break, Drive another 5.5 and take 8 hours sleep. No stupid 30 min life waste.
