split reset

Ha, I understand and have used the split option several times but after hearing everyone explanation it I am as confused as a permit holder.

Simple way to think of it is take 8 hours logged in sleeper and your drive time clocks will look the same as when you first logged to sleeper, then when those clocks run out just take 2 more hours sleeper/off duty and you will have more time on your clock (not as much as a 10 hour break would get you though).
