No single codes leading up to this. All at once the following codes came up today.
    SPN 1072 FMI 4
    SPN 4811 FMI 2
    SPN 4813 FMI 4
    SPN 1265 FMI 4
    SPN 647 FMI 5
ALL BUT THE LAST one showing faulty engine wiring harness. Anyway this could be from my ELD that plugs in the OBD2 port? This morning when I hooked the other end up it shorted and sparked. About 10-15 minutes later I got the Red stop triangle light and when I stopped and looked that' when I saw the codes. Anybody have an answer.

I'm thinkin' it's just coincidence, your ELD is a passive device. I'm sure I'll be corrected, but I don't think it could short out through the port.

Anyone know where to find wiring schematics for the VNL model with a D13. There may be a thread on here already but i tried to find one and didn't have any luck.

Ok I'll say it in this post then. Please te,, me you had the truck OFF when you install the eld? You stated there was a short and a spark... There should not have been since no power.

But without batteries disconnected the ecm always has power. But it may be coming from different source. I'm not thinking that's the problem I'm going through all ground and positive power connections now and cleaning
