ALL BUT THE LAST one showing faulty engine wiring harness. Anyway this could be from my ELD that plugs in the OBD2 port? This morning when I hooked the other end up it shorted and sparked. About 10-15 minutes later I got the Red stop triangle light and when I stopped and looked that' when I saw the codes. Anybody have an answer.

I'm thinkin' it's just coincidence, your ELD is a passive device. I'm sure I'll be corrected, but I don't think it could short out through the port.
