Managed to make it through WY before the worst of the storm, but lots of wet snow was falling. Had to stop twice to clear my grill (and my wipers).

Drivers seemed to be on relatively good behavior though -- only saw two crashes.

I just beat that storm out headed from Cheyenne to Boise. I am glad I went through yesterday AM and not last night.

Electronic logs, dictate when you go thru a storm. Not a big fan of dictators!

So your'e saying that when your Elog says you can drive you drive even if the weather is bad?
Nope not going to happen. If I have to sit out a storm I will and have. F'em they will get the load safely when the weather clears

I was responding to the post saying it was a dictator. It doesn't dictate anything. I picked my time to go through at my own free will because I have route discretion. I glad for both of those things.

My comment was not directed towards you.
Just the babies who talk about what Elogs tell them to do or not do and then cry about getting caught out in weather or no place to park, due to lack of planning.
So afraid of their jobs if they don't get 600 plus miles and use all 11 hours of driving, that the company will fire them.
