The property is the old pickle plant. Robert said at a friday meeting they are hoping to have 50 techs there in near future working 24 7. If i remember right he mentioned that was an increase. And if my emory is right the old tractor shop will be retro fitted for operations expansion

Well that makes sense... they could double the size of the tractor shop, tech's 'n all, and still not have enough.
-
Here is the real estate listing on it http://www.loopnet.com/Listing/17493604/2848-N-Le-Compte-Road-Springfield-MO/

My undrstanding a slc is the shop will remain where it is. But a pittston style building will be on the new property. The current yard sits on a fault line and codes prevent much change
-
That's pretty much the size of it.
-
That old excuse worked before the neighboor behind the yard built that massive garge style building. Ive never heard that once from management's mouth.
Driver's have been spouting that line for years.
The fault line is so narrow it doesnt effect a huge construction project 200 yards from the shop? Didnt keep Prime from digging up and replacing the fuel tanks.
Maybe it's just on our side of the fence. -
There are actually 2 fault lines that run under the property, and a special site study would be needed for any construction to take place on the site.
