    You may want to check to see if you are not going to be the next on the chopping block they will confirm my story when you are talking to them ask them about roaming on another tower other than sprint too much what they will do.

    I had the national plan all 48 states with unlimited roaming data every thing Im telling you if you dont beleive me call customer support Ive had the same plan for 2 yrs no problem till yesterday

    I won't have that problem because I use pre-paid service and it's cheaper than any of them. $50 month for unlimited talk, text, email, and mobile web. :biggrin_25525:

    Sorry to hear about what happened, but just be grateful that the early termination fee was waved. What is it up to now, like over 300 bucks? There are other phone carriers out there though. Look into Tmobile. That's who I have.

    believe me I loved sprint up until this Im still doing damage control on this I dont now what is going to happen My verizon phones will be in tuesday and My wife is going to the sprint store where we got the new phones and get our money back for them and Im still out a lot of money over this I dont now why they would do this not even a week after adding for more lines to my plan

    thank god for our tax check we were going to pay off some bills but now we are using it to get new cell phones I just paid my cell bill Friday 5 days early as like I all ways do $190 just for my one phone does that sound like it not unlimited every thing
