i've been with Verizon for several years and have only had 2 problems. One was when somebody went to a store/kiosk to pay their bill and it got credited to my account! The other time I knew I was going to be in Canada for an extended trip so I added the Canada package instead of just paying their exorbitant time charges like I usually do for just a couple calls. I specifically asked if Data was part of the package and was told yes, and then the following month got a $1300 phone bill! But one phone call did fix it.
