the fact that the thing was 1 year late in being released by motorola. and that software updates to fix the quirks have been few and far between. that the new OS is now 6 months late in being released. and that motorola has inditicated it's been nothing but a problem child. and would like to see this headache gone as soon as possible.

how can anyone be happy with the biggest POS ever put on the market. if you like it. then you've obviously never had a good quality phone.

Not worried about the ICS update , have it on my Tablet .It's not that great.
Not experienced any issues, with my Bionic.
It's, not out of the Question it could be part user error or maybe not all of ithem have issues.

I had th he Thunderbolt when I we with Verizon. I had it rooted before the first OTA screwed it up. Battery life did stink, but turning off data when not in used helped.

As far as data between big red and the now, Verizon is way better than Sprint (data wise). What I did to improve roaming for my EVO ed to change the PRL to 56006 (Verizon's network). Now I actually have 3G roaming and not just 1x. The funny part is that my data speed is faster roaming than on home network.
