    Chew some betel nut; really helps with a bad back. I chew it every day; use it like chewing tobacco; just tuck it in the jaw and don't spit. Swallow any juice buildup.
    Get it on Ebay. Several different name brands.
    The Bombay 2000 looks like the packaging on what I buy overseas.
    There's also one brand shipped from Thailand to you.

    Squatty Potty; that's what you find in the toilets in China. The ones in China, the top of the commode is even with the floor so you have to squat down to your heels. They tried civilizing the people by installing regular commodes in some public toilets, but then the people were standing on them and squatting leaving a mess on the commode seat. Hilarious!
