I have bought many infered thermometers, the fancy ones with the laser, and they get stolen or lost the best one I found and I have a few of them one for home one for work, and one in the truck, is the Craftsman it is about 3.5 inches long and an inch and one half wide it fits in your shirt pocket it has a wrist strap great product I have had them all for about 10 years, so they last and they have been frozen and in the heat so they last. they were less than $50.00 It was a long time ago. Do not buy a big expensive one that goes to a high temp you do not need it.
