I also have a noise, kinda like a siren, not loud at all, but noticeable from the turbo side of truck. everything was fine until I turned the elbow horn looking pipe to line up with the air to air hoses & pipe. it was crooked. after that I had the squeal. took everything off, more than once, even put new hose on. checked the rubber -o- ring where the turbo flange pipe connects & put on new turbo clamp that has the valley in it. still got noise. nut not when idleing. can idle 1200 sounds good. when I put it in gear to pull I hear it. one thing I notice is when I put new clamp on the horn elbow I would snug tight it, then hit the clamp all around with a rubber mallet, then tighten more, repeat, to get it tight. I have no leaks but a squeal too, but only after I took stuff apart. maybe after engine gets hot, things will seal up better.

I also have this squeal from my 06 mxs it sounds like one of the turbos is taking off and free spooling way too fast with no pressure being pushed through.... It only does it once in a while and most of the time is in about 5th or 6th gear when you stab the throttle to come out of the cash box for instance. It does go away after about four or five seconds but annoying and doesn't sound healthy

Did u ever figure out squeal? Mine is doing it and already replaced turbos.
