Squire Trans. the straight scoop:

Here is the information on Squire Refrigerated:

Trainee must have graduated in good standing from a certified CDL training school with Class A CDL within the past 6 months.
No Felonies or DUI in past 10 yrs.
No more than 1 moving violation in past 3 yrs, no reckless driving in past 5 yrs.
No drug use. (no positive or refused tests in last 10 yrs)

Trainee will be with the trainer until he/she reaches 10,000 miles (4-6 weeks) You do not drive team with a trainer.

Once done with trainer he/she will be out for 90 days as a Squire solo driver.

Once trainee completes 90 days, he/she then moves to Knight Refrigerated as a qualified OTR driver.

PAY:
$150.00 Orientation
$400.00 per week while with a trainer.
Once solo: Paid by the mile on a sliding scale:
Level 1: 0.27-0.36 CPM
Level 2: 0.28-0.37 CPM
Level 3: 0.29-0.38 CPM

Once trainee completes Level 3 (90 days) they can move to Knight Refrigerated as a qualified OTR driver.
Starting Pay: 0.33-0.42 CPM
** sliding scale pay depends on length of haul.
