It's not called bashing it's called being realistic.
99% of the time he's very careful not to mention the guilty party or name that guilty party responsible for damaging the radio equipment he simply points out the damage that's been done and everything he had to do to restore it back to the condition it supposed to be in but he's very careful not to mention names most of the time.

 

I'll defend any technician that does decent work from a technical perspective and I also made a recommendation for a second technician that also does decent work. If someone Lacks social skills when dealing with potential customers I don't defend that sort of stuff but when it comes to technical stuff there is a right and a wrong way of doing things and I will always point that out.
