    Myriad of reasons; maybe splitting the rent on the property or is Swift owns the property, maybe making a little money by renting part of it to another carrier.

    SRT seems like a good place to just go and exist as a driver. There’s something appealing about that in some ways. Just do your job and never have to talk to anyone. Just fit in and don’t mess up. But they pay so low idk how anyone makes it.

    The pay is actually based on your experience and if you choose to keep per diem after your 90 days.

    They do because a few of our drivers were worried about losing their fuel bonus for idling the trucks to run their machines. We don't have APUs.
