Just stating the obvious treat your drivers with respect and dignity and the rest will fall into place.

 

Well there’s plenty in this thread, all they have to do is read this. Honestly I would be surprised if they haven’t been keeping an eye on this thread.

When employees feel disrespected then word travels fast especially with these forums. When the SRT driver passed and they wouldn’t help his family that news traveled like wildfire. Money and benefits are important but for me respect means the most to me. Maybe your company executives should ask themselves if they would want their son or daughter driving for them, if the answer is no than who’s really to blame here!
