Ss60 injector cup o-rings

    Doing injectors and overhead today. Question is is this injector cup o ring bad? I do not have coolant in oil. I have fuel in oil. Which I found with a bad injector o ring on #5

    E623108F-6532-47AB-8C7A-79F0C95EAF4B.png You mean the seat of the cup? Clean it up, Looks to be grooved up a bit. Might have residual crush washer material on it. Pretty much normal from injector pounding it. They all probably look about the same once cleaned. Use the graphite cupped crush washers. You can drop them into the hole, cupped side up using a long round file end or something similar, to get it centered. Then put injector in. Or better yet, use a dab of grease to keep it attached the bottom of injector itself, then install. They come in kits, with rubber seals. Top rubber seal is also oversized, use it too, just for added insurance. Only other choice is to remove head and replace cups.
