HMMMM, sounds like covenant also, we is good christians, now bend over please, and recieve the lord!
i think there are a couple of other kookie companies out there that hide behind god/religion and have real shabby work ethics.
i saw one trailer that had "jesus is lord" on it all over and really big too....
had to laugh......do you have to call in for the am prayer counsel? oh sorry driver no freight today, but don't worry jesus will provide for you thru these hard days, as you sit in a truck eating from a can and they go home to their McMansions and eat and feast off the hide of their drivers.
me? i'll leave the planet before i fall for this crappola again.![]()

One company(but can't remember which) has the words "El Shaddai"(Hebrew for "God Almighty") as part of their logo.

Looks like Louis has not changed... I worked for him when they were Employees Express and before that Luciano. They were based in Houma La when I worked for him. I had some of the same problems back then, having to call him to put money on the fuel card, would not wash the trucks, very poor equipment maintainence etc, etc.
I worked for him in spite of the religious bs. He used to have terminals in Memphis tn, Isola ms and Grenada ms.
I have to admit though, I did make good money when I was there. $40 -$50,000 a year. -
After the last company I drove for.I said next company is going to have ezpass.Gainey did alot of eastcoast and I did everything in my power to avoid those costly tolls but it was impossible.Gainey did'nt reimburse me for all tolls. Finally I had enough.Ihad many other issues with them that I had to file a law suit against them. But anyways any company that doesnt have ezpass, don't drive for them because theyll find some reason not to reimburse you for tolls. You know something is fishey when you drive for a company that most of the frieight is in the east coast and no ezpass.

I was an employee at st. mike's a few years ago....louis's catholic riddin st. patrick speach was mind numbing and lead me to question his sanity...I found the equipment to SUCK, bad clutch's and turbos blowing much more than (i feel) than ought to be...no driver support and an air of self-importance to equal saddam and adolph! After hours interaction was null and a couple bouncy checks didn't excite me at all....all and all it was a miserable experiance!

How about El Shaddai Express out of Haralson, GA. I dont know anything about them except that they are a long haul company there.

Christianity is kind of like the set of rules for most companies. When it suits them they use it. But if it doesnt go their way, Those rules and that Christianity go right out the window!
I would rather work for an Athiest and know it, than work for somebody who claimed to be a christain but acts like an athiest everyday except Sunday, and even on Sundays sometimes. My personal thoughts on this are-I dont care if you are religious or whatever, you need to keep that to yourself and not worry about me-Im here to work, not worship. If I want to do that I will go to a church or synagogue, and I dont need your help to find one. Thank You! -
No. The words "El Shaddai" were integrated into the logo which is like a medieval crest and I believe the company is out of Connecticut.

I worked for St. Michaels for about 6 months, it was quiet a lesson in life. No picnic for sure, the biggest thing that pissed me off was meeting other drivers out on the road broke down or stranded at scales and truck stops without food or funds for days. A true Christian (in my book) wouldn't let his people go hungry like that.

Amen, brother.
