    I was excepted to orientation when I was 21 just fyi. I also had previous driving experience though.

    Just talked to a recruiter a few days ago. She said they really look hard at the last year of work history.

    Thanks. The recruiter told me 18 months so I will wait till then. My situation may be a little different than yours as I had a large gap of unemployment due to an injury.

    I'm also looking into Maverick. My job history is sub-par to say the least, but I have been with my current employer for 2 years driving flatbed locally.
