How can I install my 6 inch OD, top stack to my 5 inch ID muffeler. without removing my OG cab bracket. 03 peterbilt 379.
You can't .. some pipes come with new brackets if you buy a exhaust kit Or you can just google 6" cab brackets and buy them. Their not that expensive 40.00 a bracket .. the thing you should be Is careful is take your take removing the bolts from your old brackets because they screw into rivnuts ans theres a fair chance the rivnuts with spin.. then it becomes a bigger project to swith the brackets
They do have reducing tips that go from 6 or 7” to 5”, should upgrade shields though cause they kinda look like sht in my option but to each their own
Your Welcome I hate to give 4 states in Joplin any sort of credit but they were running a sale on S/S pretty good quality exhaust kits a month or so ago I put a set on a 379 I rebuilt for a friend .. I was empressed with them.and it was a good price they were offering
