Staph May Surpass AIDS Deaths

I was discussing MRSA with my wife,who works in a hospital O.R., and she said she probably has been exposed to it. She says its not really news in the health care field.

 

From what I understand, it's not a true antibiotic resistant infection. It is simply resistant to those antibiotics related to penicillin. Plus, it's usually transmitted through an open wound. That's why I can't understand all the fuss happening in the school. Exercising a bit of common sense and perhaps a bit more attention to personal cleanliness should be all that's required.

 

There's the problem right there. Sorely lacking in both these days.
