    Yes this is the truckload side of things. As going to Conway as a new driver I am a little nervous about the obstacle course (don't want to get sent home) Can anyone give me any information on the course and what it is like?

    I really appreciate your guy's feedback and any advice you have with me being a driver very wet behind the ears.

    It has been a really great program at Crowder and it has been a change in shifting at fairly low rpms. Conway really stresses 6.2 mpg. I will be back in Joplin Monday for a few classroom activities and the safety program and then waiting for my finisher.

    Disappointed Con-way new hire here. My truck has 763000 mies on it has broken down four times and I have only gotten 600 miles since Sunday. Oh yeah i for got my next load is a breath taking 136 miles.
