OK, A quick up date on training. We just finished the second day and they haven't run me off yet. Thats got to be worth something. We have 6 in our class and everyone seems to get along like we all knew each other for years. Finally got to meet Boomer. So far its been like previously posted, the usual paper work and videos. Havent had a chance to drive on the Millis 500 yet and with the rain comming tomorrow it's looking more like Thursday before we get any drive time in. Our instructors so far this week we're Greg and Harold from Cartersville along with Chris from WI and Bill from OH. Mr. Millis has even been with us. To anybody getting ready to start their training, from what I've seen so far theres no dout comming to Millis was the best choice I could have made. I'll post more as it happens.

I stopped by there this morning and saw you guys in the T2000 with Harold. Talked to Greg and grabbed fuel, then had to split. Hopefully I can stop in and talk to you guys sometime while you are still in Cartersville. Have fun.

Well met boomer and old school and the rest of the class. Seems like a good group. Now at the house going back to the terminal in.the morning hopefully a load to trenton is waiting on me
Old - School Thanks this. -
Ahhh the Millis 500. O-10mph without facial distortions. Aparently its not good to shake the gearshift lever while in the middle of changing gears. I guess I'll have to go back and reevaluate everything I learned on Ice Road Truckers. Greg has the patience of Job. He did keep putting his finger up so I could touch it. I thought about pulling it then thought I better not. We all need to practice on our shifting. Especially down shifting. He says it will come and I believe him. We did have the pleasure of meeting mellonhs and Baritone. Both good guys. Actualy I havent meet anybody that wasnt a good guy with this company. I know this might sound like a comical for Millis but this place seems too good to be true. Evan the people Millis has fired says its one of the best companies out there. One week down. I don't drink much but I think I'm going to crack open a Land Shark and firing up a Churchill.
