I enjoyed my time with TMC, but the pay just wasn't there for the time spent on the road. Hard to pass up LTL pay and benefits.

what does the DDC stand for? I have looked at this job but it seems unclear to me. You can apply with a class A or a permit. So they are training you basically as if you have never been in a truck? How long is the training? where do they train you? what is the pay during and after training. I live in NJ

In the Yard
Dependent upon the grade of the region you are in and if they hire you in at step 1 or higher.

How is the pay with FedEX starting as an apprentice? And after the program is done do you get a raise?
