Onions!!!! That might be better than containers but you are not at the destination yet. They get worse as you go. May lord have mercy on your soul.
Glad to have you over on the flatbed side but, onions are about the worst load there is in flatbed. -
Well I haven’t had that pleasure yet. So I’m sticking with what I know......Onions.
I did it twice just to make sure.

I’ve had a couple of worse loads but, it wasn’t so much the load as the WAY it was loaded.
cke, D.Tibbitt and jamespmack Thank this. -
I've never hauled them but did see a truck last year on the side of 80 in Pennsylvania with the entire load unstrapped as he was re-stacking everything that shifted forward on him. I'm guessing he had a hard brake, and that was the result...

Go to a hardware store and get a 3 foot piece of pipe big enough to go over the winch bar. That will do the trick until you get more experienced
D.Tibbitt, 4noReason and Speed_Drums Thank this. -
I've wanted to do onions.... looked interesting. What's the tricky part?

Well idk who it was on here that had a load of those cow hides a couple years back. Pretty sure it would be hard to top that nasty stuff lol
