    RM requires three years to be a trainer there. Some locations want more experience.

    hey armyguy, thanks for all the details. am interested in driving as well, and have been weighing the options of a big outfit that will pay for schooling in exchange for signing contract, versus going to school and then hoping the promise of job placement is true. i hear of a saturated industry with it being difficult for new drivers to get jobs due to lack of experience. i'm hoping & wishing you the best in your schooling & hope to follow you through it. thanks for taking time writing.

    i went to road-disaster. Found out that you really forget everything driving wise if you want to make money and not piss off every other driver on the road.
