What are some good starter companies with no experience?

That's like asking, "who makes the best chili?"
Everyone has their opinions and needs.
Ask yourself, "what company will best prepare me for my NEXT job?"
A training company is there to get you started, teach you the basics and give you a START in the industry. Some of us find a home at these companies, but most move on.
What do you want to do? Pull a tanker? Flatbed?
Where do you want to go? Local? OTR? Regional?
Everyone has different wants and needs. In the same way, the company you start with will (hopefully) give you the tools you need to progress.
Think of it as boot camp. I never met a person that would want to go thru basic training again, but I never met one that wasn't glad they did.

Might be a good idea to see which of those companies has terminals and dedicated accounts in your area it will make it easier to get home when you want hometime .

tons of threads on here about this.. read read read.. and when your done reading.. apply to them all that interest you.. see who considers you.. Then you will have a list of companies that you can go read about again and research. GO to a truck stop.. talk to the drivers.. Get on the freeway.. how many trucks of those companies do you see??? None of the starters are great companies.. but some are better then others. GOOD LUCK!

You posted this in Swift forum so there is one, if it's good or bad depends mostly on you and the experience you have there. i started there, but mostly i've run reefers. So todays picks would be Trans Am, Central refridgererated, Maverick. Schneider has a division of everything, vans flats, tanks everything 'cept car hauling which is a bad idea for using inexperienced drivers :mmeek:
