Don't settle for only one pre-hire. If you have a good driving record and a good work record there are many options.

these are the links my instructor gave us for sending a resume.
I only submitted to the number one link and got 8 replies.

Some companies offer tuition reimbursement, at varying rates. Some even pay the balance at the end of one year, I hear, though I have not found those companies. Hehehehe

well i went there to driver solutions it is a cdl Mill you must pass class in 10 business days. IE 2 weeks, At the time had never drivin a semi, really big vehicle and had problems with the pre-trip. they were nice in the class room part but when they put me on the range "did not have the same patients" shall we say. There is no reason that you should ever only be givin 5 days of pre-trip training, skills, an road training... I failed miserably at the pre-trip.
skills was ok, and road training was fine.
went home got a bill in the mail for 6,900+ dollars. got home, went to the school board for a free cdl training for cdl b then went on the road as a coach driver/ and have a school Bus endorsement (total coast of that was NOTHING) that was my experience.
