    That's BS. When I was there (in the student class) there were guys who couldn't even pick the tarp up let alone carry it the the front of the trailer and put it on the deck. And they made it. I don't think your lying but I think they had another agenda.

    Stuff like this is what turned me away.

    Ok TMC drivers, you know who you are that I comunicate with on this site. Whats up with this?? Did TMC over book the orientation? Was there something, ANYTHING, on your DAC? Drop deck, I sure wish I knew what to say??

    There was two students that could not pic up the tarp at all. They got a bus ticket home. I did not see but the one student told me they gave him 3 tries. He was honest . He told me it was just to heavy for him and would stay away from flatbeds.
    I'm not sure what there agenda was. I have copies of my DAC and my mvr both are spotless. One million miles accident free flatbed experience tmc verified from my last employer and a ten year work history with perfect attendance . TMC is a good company no hard feeling. But here I set on a bus un employed .

    There was only 7 guys in the experience class. Did not seen to be a lot in the other either .

    My friend, I dont know what to say. Did TMC show the class how they wanted the tarp picked up, or did they just say" theres the tarp, pick it up" ?? And, what you only got 1 chance to pick up the tarp?
    But then, you were not in the student class either, right?

    TMC was not involved. We had a physical fitness trainer. He is subcontractor through TMC. Is this something new ? He did recommend how to pick it up. When I got to the middle of the trailer he said your doing fine. So I continued what I was doing. One guy almost never pulled his self up onto the trailer. After the tarp test Nate took over for the ladder and hight test.

    Sounds new. When I was there in April Nate did the tarp test and the height test. If they sent the other guys home then sounds like there keeping it cut and dry.

    *Also there were 6-7 guys in the experienced class and 20 in the student. Sounds like there cutting back.

    They sent the other two guys home because they could not get the tarp up to thier shoulder , or complete the test . The other two guys were students. I did not see them take the test. The only thing I can figure out is they must have alot of drivers on light duties because of back injuries.maybe that's why they have a physical therapist .

    That is for sure new. Like you said dropdeck, they must have a lot of guys getting paid for not working because of back injuries they that happened on the job.
