    based on the lady I spoke to on the phone due to the highly competitive market its high but if I wanted to do it outside the nj/nyc market it would be a lot cheaper and as long as I have 3 running trucks.

    Not true in Virginia. Ports have nothing to do with the trucks year or condition.
