Many are negative because if everyone hears rainbows and lollipops and not prepared for reality, they will nosedive into the abyss when reality hits them.
The more successful people learned from others mistakes and the negatives so not to do what others did.
To me when someone wants to start a fleet and then start looking for specific trucks, it tells me they need to spend time learning managing the fleet from the maintenance position.
