Not sure how you came up with 12 weeks unless your saying 4 weeks training and 8 weeks team. But you not doing 12 straight weeks nor should it be 12 whole weeks actually. Training is normally about 3 weeks. If your trainer or you need a 34, you probably will be put in a hotel. If you have any breakdown issues they will get you a room as well.
As for the 8 weeks teaming, you have to factor in home time and the possibility that the person you get teamed up with my have already been solo for a few weeks so in that case, he only has 5 more weeks to have to team and they will put you in a truck by yourself or with someone else but most likely by yourself especially if you plan to be solo after the team requirement. So in all it's not that bad. Plus you will make more money while teaming.
