I usually us the bottles I drink from, to give back to.
There a certain symmetry to that, in my way of thinking.

    tderrick Thanks this.

Not for one that has had both knees operated on.
It has nothing to do with buttock and quad muscles.

I really don't fit in most vehicles. My legs are too long, and even with the operations my knees are too weak when applying pressure at certain angles.
When driving a truck, applying the clutch, my leg has to twist a certain amount to do it. It is not a straight line.
My left knee is in constant pain, and riding a bike would not help it.

    tderrick Thanks this.

I'd do that, but most drink bottles aren't wide mouth. I'm particular about that, it's gotta fit... :D

Riding a bike is about the best exercise for individuals w bad knees. I have bad knees( ACL replacement & meniscus repair on one knee and orthroscopic surgery on the other). It is all up to each individual on how healthy they'd like to be.

    tderrick and SlowPoke44magnum Thank this.

All of these are good things to keep in your truck but lets not leave out things you don't want to keep in your truck .
Like a couple of things that come to mind are hostages and also evidence and you might want to leave the crack pipe at home also .

Ok so for those that don't get it I am joking here !!!! But ya might consider .............:biggrin_25523:

They also FORGET that for every 10 LBS of must have ( but never will use it ) stuff they haul around is 10 LBS less money making freight they cannot haul , reason a lot of companies have the MAX weight fueled / equipped for tractors listed
