    I will be arriving in Dallas for orientation on Saturday for Stevens Transport. I am really excited about a new career change.

    Well I'm all packed. Leave out tomorrow on a 23hr bus ride will be in Dallas around 5 Saturday. Ready to get started with orientation and get on the road.

    Just run into a guy coming from Stevens at bus station in Birmingham Al. He said it didn't work out for him cause he had to pay to park his truck. Is that the case? Do u have to pay to park ur truck during home time? He said it cost him $500 for five days.

    You have a to park in approved locations during home time. They must be secure, usually a Kenworth, Peterbilt or Thermoking Dealer. Other places may be approved but you have to submit the information along with pictures to Stevens. You can not take company equipment home.

    I know that. But this guy said he had to pay to park truck at these places. Then Stevens reimburses u. Idk just asking.
