Starting Millis Transfer Schooling in Eden NC next month

Hey guys!
Been reading on here for a month or so. I have been wanting to drive for a long time now.
I used to do yard work for the company a worked for when I was in shipping department.
I did about 4k trailers or so, although this was in the 90's.
It took me this long to make it a reality.
I looked at a lot of school, I am choosing Millis also, not sure if the April 2nd class is full but I need to save some cash for the dry spell.

 

Im really not sure. Ive talked to guys down there who say they get good miles. Definitely good freight area. But I cant give you actual numbers

 

I was told buy a driver that still works with them that Run Regional he says normally around 2300

 

I have received email communication about the Millis Training institute and does seem like a great company I just told them not ready to make decision just gathering information. I have been deciding for about 5 yrs now haha I actually applied To Maverick but due to Dr refusing to fill out some medical info paper I couldnt go to orientation

 

Probably then #### cameras everybody's doing it now. I'm telling you now it will get me fired because I hat staying over that thing I'm not driving in a truck with a camera pointed at my face 24/7 I'll go back to driving little trucks and make the same money. I have honestly have got pissed off at all these so called mega carriers. Because they are some stupid idiot that never was raised to begin with from their parents now they're out in the real world they need someone to hold their hand well I'm not him but I have to fall in that same category.

 

Dont have your phone in your hand or drive like an idiot and no reason you'd get fired cuz of them at Millis.

 

Thought of one more question about Millis school Trenton.
What are the hours your there for school?
Any weekends?
Trying to figure if I should quit work and charge my monthly bills for the dry spell or go limited hours.
Any ideas from someone that been there done that?

 

You will start class between 6-7am more than likely be done each day by 5pm. No weekends
