    Bigcat,
I have six years OTR experience but haven't driven since 1999. I called recruiter yesterday and was told I could not get in the ReACTivate program due to no recent experience. Do you know the minimum experience required to get into the program? Thanks and good luck with orientation and training.

Final day of full orentation in the books. Did road test and finished up a few things. Sounds like I will be on the road in the afternoon tomorrow. The trucks are very nice. Will be different going with a trainer, but would not hurt since I have not ben OTR for about a year or so now.

I will keep updates on my trips and hope be able to answer questions about the Reactivate program. So ask away and I will help with what I can.

    Gears Thanks this.

From what I can tell, it has to be within the last couple of years, but not 100% on that. I have a half day tomorrow. I will check on it tomorrow and get the details.

Thanks homealone. I am new to eletronic logs, so I will be giving updates on what I think about them. The company drivers have to run them. The L/P drivers can choose either paper or eletronic.

Finished orentation this afternoon. Our 1st trip is tomorrow morning. Picking up in Bloomfield, Mo going to Ottawa, IL. Looking forward to getting things started. I met my trainer today. Going to be a good experience. Seems like a great guy.

I did get some information on the Reactivate program. Kind of confusing. They require you have to have 6 months in the past year, or 18 months in the past 5 years. Kind of different. I will update with more information about the program whenever I receive it.

First trip delivers tomorrow in Ottawa, IL. Pick up at the same place heading to Texas. One drop in Texarkana, TX, and two drops in the Dallas area. Off to a good start.

Have a great trainer. Really helps to get back in the groove having someone that wants to help and show the ways of the company.
