starting orientation tomorrow....

no im in orientation in bridgeview with Calvin. And I live in chicago suburbs, so I dont worry much about hometime. I think if i was stuck in Russia they could find me a load to chicagoland....
Day 2 road test all is good, I remembered how to drive...

 

Orientation over, Run a return lease truck down to dallas friday to get my road truck. So happy to be back

 

Well I hope this ain't a bad sign but lease truck that im returning to Dallas was totaly trashed on the inside and I had to get it detailed friday which took all day. Then they had no loads down to dallas but i guess they have one monday for me. Im really not too disappointed abt not working friday because i wouldve been in dallas and sunday and still wouldve had to sit all day till monday. This way should work better. But i got the tractor and it felt good to ride around a little bit in it friday. Also they use a parking yard thats about 5 miles from my house which is really sweet. So it should be all good once i get rolling.

 

no this driver was literaly living in it. All sorts of electronic stuff left behind. Yeah ave to ask about pay. Anyhow I think this works out better anyhow so it should be all good.

 

First week over and done with, got my truck thursday and its in great shape, typical company cascadia. I'vs had my headaches this week mostly with dock delays and yes i was in Dallas when all them tornadoes were going on that was fun. Other then that just trying to get use to the peoplenet and there way of doing business otherwise same ol same ol out here....But yes im happy too be back.
