It depends largely with what state your in, In FL, progressive is the only provider last I knew for new entities or fresh CDL.

It was a 2014 Volvo 670. If getting an emissions truck I would get at least 2018 and pay attention to the Engine Spec with the correct RAR. That will limit any issues on an emissions system along with APU.
