I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly regarding this company, but I have not heard any specifics about pay. My husband may be going to work for them as they are the first company that was giving him a break. He had an accident with his last company and was terminated (June 11). Two weeks later he found out he had issues with his heart and he was on disability for almost a year. He finally got a clean bill of health after undergoing a procedure. The doctor signed him off as able to drive commercially with no restrictions. All of this, of course, does not make a driver very marketable for a period of time.

Anyway, I'd like to hear from anyone that has the inside scoop on pay with this company. He would be driving solo for a small west coast company that is under the Covenant umbrella. He has been told he would be paid per diem (yes, we know it's a rip off) for a period of 90 days and would then have a choice to not be paid the per diem.

Anyone know their starting pay for a driver with 2+ years of experience but has to now go through a refresher course with them?

Thanks is advance... Keep your wheels turning safely...
