USA has been good to Me do far. I have no major complaints. Riders are ok as far as I know. You pay $6-$7 a month for insurance. You may want to check if it's anyone over 18 or just immediate family. I can't answer that for certain. But the non trainer trucks only have one bunk.

Yes USA is a starter company. I think the new student pay is $0.26-$0.28 a mile if they are paying the school. Not sure what it is if you pay the school up front.

As for how your treated it will come down to your dispatcher. Good dispatcher you'll have no issues. Bad dispatcher.... From what I hear it's like that at all companies. Yes a smaller outfit can be nice. But issues happen everywhere. Don't think ALL small companies are great. Research. Go to truck stops and talk with drivers. Read on here. But remember the unhappy speak the loudest and longest. And every unhappy story has two sides. Always remember people don't always tell you what they did wrong in a bad situation.

Sent from somewhere out there on the road.
