Need that passport. Those that don't have one will need to obtain one after getting permanent CDL, anyways.
Always a fair portion of folks never get through very first week, thus large #'s that are brought in.
Some reasons....
Unable to pass permit tests
Undisclosed criminal/DMV backround & dishonesty
Drug test
Late for classes
Drinking/drugging while there
Acting the fooldarthanubis, Chucktshoes, Poacher and 1 other person Thank this. -
Me neither! I've heard it was one of the biggest since February or so.
I'm sure it won't be that many that stay. Either being sent home or not realizing what kind of a life truck driving OTR really is and leave the program on there own. -
Yes like fullmetal stated,
Don't be late for anything.
On time is late and early is on time!
I never understood how people can come here fully knowing they will be driving for a career and get sent home because of drugs or alcohol. Sad way to go home for something stupid!darthanubis and Poacher Thank this. -
Full Metal what do you know about the tanker side? Any idea how far north east they go? I kept hearing Hershey Pa.
-
I wouldn't be surprised if you went as far north as Massachusetts. I've seen guys carry 55 gallon drums of orange juice concentrate that they take up to Massachusetts to make Orange juice. Prime may be different but at the end of the day, if there's money to be made, that's where they'll send you.
-
Lady at the campus desk said they had almost 150 in last week's class.
