    They use Verizon/Sprint for the CDMA phones and AT&T/T-Mobil for their GSM phones.

    Well everything has been cancelled. My recruiter called me today and told me that I was not eligible for hire because Maverick is telling them that I never finished training and never upgraded to first seat driver. OK. I guess I must be imagining that month and week I spent on my own in my own truck. I guess I must be hallucinating these pictures of me standing next to my own Maverick truck grinning my head off proud as anything. Hmmm. I emailed Maverick with a not so nice email asking them what they were doing. When I applied for Averitt I had issues getting Maverick to even verify my employment dates. That took a week to get straightened out. And now this. They're playing games with me. And they are not going to win.

    That sucks ! Can't believe Mavrick is playing games. Hope your able to sort it all.

    Why did you quit Maverick & Averitt ?

    Averitt I didn't quit. I never got to orientation. They told me that I would be driving 344 miles on my own dime every weekend to get to and from my trainers home terminal. They said that it was considered reasonable driving distance and that they would not provide a hotel or anything. So I declined that. Maverick I left to be with my mother. She died about 3 weeks after I came home. I do not regret not giving notice in that occasion. I DID deliver the load I had on the truck at the time and returned the truck to the Gary Maverick terminal so I THOUGHT I was on good terms with them. Apparently not. Maverick emailed me back and said that I had to get a copy of my DAC because Maverick didn't provide any information other than employment verification. Is the DAC going to say "Oh yeah she was out of training" And if Maverick doesn't supply any other information then why did they tell US Xpress that I didn't finish training? That is other information besides employment verification. Now they're saying they didn't verify they just sent them to DAC report. This is vastly different than what I got with Averitt and what US Xpress is telling me. Somebody is lying here and it's not me.

    That sucks !

    Give a call to Maverick to get this cleared up. Trucking can be very frustrating.

    Yeah I know. -.- I'm trying to get it cleared up. If not then I have to go with my 3rd choice TransAm.
